Please print a copy of this agreement for your records and check this page periodically, as we may amend these terms and conditions at any time. In such cases, your continued participation in the CUDIT Affiliate Marketing Program signifies your acceptance of such amendments.

 You agree to the following:

  • Your website must be live at the time of application.

  • Anyone may submit an application to CUDIT, but CUDIT reserves the right to decline or revoke membership at any time at our own discretion.

  • If accepted you agree not to use the phrase “CUDIT,” “GOCUDIT,”  or any misspellings or variations in your domain name(s).

  • If accepted, you will not buy or bid on any CUDIT trademarked or used key-phrases on any pay-for-placement search engines or other paid inclusion programs. Such prohibitions include, but are not limited to, “CUDIT” “GOCUDIT,”  and any variations and misspellings thereof.

  • You will not use any CUDIT copyrighted images or content without written permission from CUDIT. If you would like custom creative, contact CUDIT at info@gocudit.com.

  • You will not operate or utilize a website or email link to websites that contain or promote libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, cracking or hacked content; warez; any websites that offer any illegal goods or services; or link to a websites that do.
