Jen Pawol offers 29 years of teaching experience in softball and baseball through private lessons, camps, clinics, creating college recruiting skills videos, and special events.  She specializes in training CATCHERS, HITTERS, and UMPIRES.  

 

During the off season, Jen is the Catching Coach for the NCAA D3 Millikin University Men's Baseball Team.  In the spring and summer, she works as a professional umpire in Minor League Baseball.
